The current policy is provided under the articles 13 and 14 of the new Regulation GDPR 679/2016 and is established for all those customers who give their personal data to Apollonio Casa Vinicola S.r.l., which will be processed with due regard for the above mentioned Regulation and the confidentiality requirements followed by the firm.

The personal data will be processed with the aid of computer procedures and will be kept in both paper and electronic form.

As an example, the identifying collected data have a personal nature, such as: biographical data, contact details, VAT registration number, bank details, the firm’s financial position, solvency request or data transfer on behalf of insurance institutions in order to ensure the debt for the rating purchase.

The trasmission of data is mandatory. Any refusal by the person concerned will implicate the impossibility for the parties to sign the contract.

The required data will be processed only for the firm’s own purposes. As a security for the person concerned’s rights, the mentioned process takes place according to the manners and precautions provided by the current legislation, while respecting each of the parties’ legitimacy requirements, considering the principles of fairness, transparency, and the protection of the customer’s dignity and confidentiality. The provided data will be stored for a period of 10 years from their communication and there will not be any profiling. The personal data will be transferred oustide the European Economic Area, especially in the United States of America, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, New Zeland, Russia, Canada, Qatar, Macedonia, Singapore, Taiwan, Switzerland, Brazil and Mexico.

The data will eventually be shared only with the firm’s employees and with the professional offices allowed to their processing by Apollonio Casa Vinicola S.r.l., and they are committed to their confidentiality since the beginning of the working relationship.

The customer has the right to demand the firm, at any time, the access to his own data in order to request their rectification or erasure, or whenever he objects to their process, as provided for in the articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the current privacy law. The customer has also the right to request restrictions of processing his data in the cases referred in the article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to receive a copy of them in a structured format, easy to refer to from an automatic device in the cases referred in the article 20 of the Regulation.

However, whenever a violation of the confidentiality of the customer’s data is noticed, the customer himself can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Data Protection Supervisor), according to the article 77 of the Regulation.
